Weekly Photo Diary | The First Time

This is a look I wore last week for a spontaneous date night with Harry. Wearing All Saints jeans (ripped by me), ASOS Jumper (sold out, try this one instead), ASOS blazer, Dear Frances Slides and Clarice Price Thomas Bracelet.

I also took a trip down to London for a day, which resulted in some shopping (oops, as always). However, the main purpose of the trip was for a breakfast event hosted by OPSH, which was seriously fabulous! The food was delish, and we each got a little illustration to go home with.

While in London I also met up with Sophie from Fashion Nomads. We went for a bite to eat and discussed all things blogging. Let me tell you guys, she's an amazing blogger who's even more amazing in real life!

Some things that made their way to Santorini with me. Click on the photo to shop the items!

Finally, a very exciting parcel arrived from French Connection. Here's a little sneaky peak at one of the things inside (seriously, how 'me' are these shoes??), but keep your eyes on my YouTube channel next week for another unboxing haul.

This is the first September that I can ever remember not going back to something. September has always felt like a beginning due to the way the academic year is structured, and that's been a structure in my life for the previous 18 years.

In some ways having the fresh start in September is a tradition I want to keep going for at least another year. I remember how excited I used to be to get new stationary and fresh notebooks at the beginning of each school year, because it represented a chance to maybe do things a little differently. I am going to take that chance too now! Both in terms of blogging; I plan to really get a daily routine going and stop staring at my computer too late into the evenings. And socially, where I plan to take every opportunity to see my friends and make sure to have some nice days out with Harry.

September also feels like a month of new opportunities. It’s the month of Fashion Week - which makes me feel simultaneously excited and nervous. I can’t quite pinpoint why I am nervous (anyone else get feelings like that sometimes??), but I know what I am excited for: the street style people watching, and the socialising with my fave bloggers who I haven’t seen in a year. Plus, it's the last full month Harry and I have before moving to Manchester in October. I think it's going to be very busy indeedy.

Anyways, right now I am in Santorini, really putting the less staring at a screen plan into action. Instead, I have been staring at… word-searches. I mean, not quite a book but still good for the mind, right??? As our flight was delayed I had bought a couple of Puzzler magazines to keep me occupied… and I’ve sort of gone and gotten hooked on them! What a saddo I am!!!
